PHASE 1
Booking and scheduling your session
To book your session, select your desired session type on the next page of this proposal as well as any add-ons. Then, proceed to the payment portion to make a 50% deposit to secure your spot. The remaining 50% is due after your session. My sessions range from 30 to 90 minutes in length, and I typically recommend booking them 2 to 4 months in advance when possible.
Once you submit your deposit, I’ll be in touch via email to schedule the date of your session and choose a great location(s), either in your home or within a 30 mile radius. Don’t worry if you can’t think of a suitable spot, I’m always happy to make expert recommendations based on my experience!
PHASE 2
Preparing for your session
As a professional photographer, I know which outfits look great on camera and advise my clients accordingly. Upon booking, I’ll send you my outfit guide with helpful pointers as you plan your family’s look. I’m always available to answer any questions you may have, so don’t hesitate to send pictures of clothing items or aesthetics you’re considering.
I want these photos to represent and express your personalities, so feel free to bring props like blankets, baskets, toys, journals, and even family pets!
PHASE 3
Session day is here!
Get ready for an enjoyable time! We'll meet at our first location at the agreed-upon time, so please try to arrive promptly. This will help us capture as many great photos as possible. In the unlikely event of inclement weather that prevents us from shooting, we can easily reschedule your session. I’ll guide you through a series of engaging poses, actions, and even games! Together, we’ll create lasting memories to share with your loved ones.
Image delivery and Print Selection
You will receive your online gallery of edited images within 1 to 2 weeks of your session. You’ll have lifetime access to your photos as well as full print release rights, so you can print them and use them as you please. If you purchase prints through me, we'll coordinate to choose the best selection and I’ll handle the proofing, ordering, and delivery process!

To officially reserve your wedding date, a signed contract and retainer payment are required. After booking, we’ll guide you through every step of the process — from timeline planning to capturing all the meaningful moments that make your wedding uniquely yours.

Yes — we absolutely travel for destination weddings! Whether you’re planning an intimate beach ceremony in The Bahamas or celebrating in a beautiful location abroad, we love capturing love stories in unforgettable places.
We’re passionate about documenting every meaningful moment while creating a relaxed and seamless experience for our couples. Travel arrangements and coverage can be customized based on your wedding location and vision, and we’re always happy to discuss the details to create a package that fits your day perfectly.
03. How do you handle family photos on the wedding day?
Family photos are an important part of your wedding day, and we make the process as smooth, organized, and stress-free as possible. Before the wedding, we’ll work together to create a family photo list so everyone and every important moment is accounted for ahead of time.
On the wedding day, we guide everyone through the portraits efficiently while still keeping the experience relaxed and enjoyable. Our goal is to capture timeless family images without taking you away from celebrating with your loved ones for too long, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your day while preserving the memories that matter most.

Absolutely! Engagement sessions are a beautiful way to celebrate this exciting season of your relationship while creating timeless images you’ll cherish for years to come. These sessions are relaxed, fun, and designed to capture your genuine connection in a natural and meaningful way.
