Mom and son reach dance

She taught him love before he ever knew what it meant.

This dance was never just tradition — it was a lifetime in motion

From scraped knees to graduation days, from childhood dreams to this moment on the dance floor — every memory lived between these steps. Some moments at a wedding aren’t staged or spoken… they’re simply felt.

JAQUILYN & Scott

Jaquilyn and Scott  journey started long before their wedding day at Potlatch. Their engagement session was where I first got to witness their connection — easy, genuine, and full of quiet moments that spoke louder than words. That session naturally led into them trusting me to document one of the most important days of their lives.

Fast forward to their wedding at Potlatch, and everything came full circle. Surrounded by beautiful scenery and the people they love most, their day was filled with emotion, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Having already captured their engagement, there was a comfort and familiarity that made their wedding story even more meaningful and personal to tell.

From their engagement session to “I do,” it’s been an honor to document this chapter of their love story — creating timeless images that reflect not just how their wedding looked, but how it truly felt.

HANNAH & THaD

Some love stories feel effortless—the kind where two people just fit.

Hannah & Thad’s session was all about warmth, connection, and the quiet comfort of being completely at home with one another. From the soft, candid moments to the laughter they shared without trying, every frame reflected a love that feels both calm and deeply rooted.

My goal in sessions like this is simple: to step back and let real moments unfold naturally. No pressure, no over-posing—just honest connection, captured exactly as it felt in that moment in time.

These are the kinds of sessions that remind me why I do what I do—because real love never needs to be forced.

INDIA & MICHEL

Some love stories don’t follow geography—they follow connection.

India, from the UK, and Michel, Bahamian, met across distance and somehow made the world feel smaller in the process. What began far apart became something grounded, real, and worth every mile in between.

Their session reflected exactly that journey—calm, intentional, and full of quiet moments that spoke louder than anything posed. From soft glances to easy laughter, there was a sense that their story didn’t need to be created, only witnessed.

Distance didn’t keep them apart—it simply became part of the story that brought them closer.
