How to Pay Us by Bank Wire (Instead of PayPal)

Prefer not to pay through PayPal? No problem. A bank wire transfer is a solid alternative, and it can save you PayPal's processing fees. If you're sending payment from a U.S. bank, here's how to do it.

Before you start

We'll send you our wire instructions directly. Please use only the details we provide, and never details from an old invoice, a website, or a third party. Incorrect correspondent-bank information can delay your payment or cause it to be returned.

You'll need:

Our account name and address

Our account number

Our bank's SWIFT/BIC code (our bank is CIBC Caribbean in The Bahamas)

Any intermediary/correspondent bank details we provide

How to send the wire from your U.S. bank

Log into your U.S. bank and choose Wire Transfer → International Wire, or visit a branch.

Select USD so we receive U.S. dollars.

Enter our name, address, and account number exactly as provided.

Enter our bank's SWIFT/BIC code.

If your bank asks for an intermediary/correspondent bank, enter exactly what we gave you.

Enter the purpose of payment (for example, "payment for services" plus your invoice number).

Review the exchange rate, wire fee, and any intermediary or recipient-bank fees before you submit.

One important note

Your U.S. bank's regular ABA routing number will not work for our account. ABA numbers are for domestic U.S. transfers. International wires use the SWIFT/BIC code and, where applicable, correspondent-bank instructions.

About fees

Your bank will likely charge a wire fee, and intermediary banks may deduct a small amount along the way. Please check the total with your bank before sending so the full invoice amount reaches us. If fees are a concern, let us know and we can discuss options.

After you send

Once your wire is submitted, email us the confirmation or reference number along with your invoice number. That helps us match your payment quickly. International wires typically take a few business days to arrive.

Questions?

If anything on your bank's form is unclear, reach out before you send. We'd rather answer a quick question than track down a returned wire.
